My journey in the world of advertising and marketing began at Táctica Publicitaria DDB, where I had the opportunity to learn from the ground up as a Media Assistant. Over time, my curiosity and passion for creativity led me to transition into the Creative and Accounts Department, where I worked with renowned brands such as VISA International, Almacenes Boyacá, McDonald’s, ITV, AFP Génesis, among others. During this phase, I gained deep knowledge in strategic planning, advertising creativity, and client management, laying the foundation for my career in the industry.
Later, I took on the role of Accounts Manager at Puromate, an advertising agency where I not only managed existing accounts but, together with a highly committed team, successfully acquired over 10 key brands in the Ecuadorian market. Our work stood out to the point of competing against and winning accounts from larger, well-established agencies, adding brands like Aerogal, Furoiani, Quicornac, Jugos Sunny, Refresh, APY, San Carlos, Hotel Hampton Inn, and Porsche to our portfolio. This experience helped me develop a broader strategic vision focused on growth, client loyalty, and business expansion through advertising.



The next big step in my career was becoming an Accounts Director at HAVAS MEDIA, where I had the privilege of managing Porta (now Claro), the country’s leading advertising brand and one of the most influential in the region. I led a national team of over 15 professionals, ensuring that all strategies and campaigns exceeded expectations in terms of impact and results. This was a significant challenge that allowed me to strengthen my skills in leadership, strategic planning, and managing large teams in a highly competitive environment.
Thanks to the achievements at the local level, I was promoted to Regional Accounts Director at HAVAS MEDIA, expanding my reach internationally and managing global brands such as LAN, Hasbro, Hyundai, Kia, and SEK, working closely with our global network in São Paulo and Frankfurt. This position allowed me to collaborate with multicultural teams, adapt to different markets, and develop integrated marketing strategies with a global approach.


Throughout these 10 years in advertising agencies, I gained an invaluable combination of creativity, strategy, and leadership, solidifying the knowledge and experience that later led me to launch my own advertising agency. This phase not only gave me a comprehensive vision of marketing and communication, but it also taught me the importance of teamwork, continuous innovation, and building strong client relationships to create a lasting impact.
