Grupo Bro is a gastronomic holding that brings together three unique restaurant concepts: Santo Maní, specializing in Ecuadorian cuisine and seafood; Brasa Bro, focused on high-quality meats and wines; and Chimichanga, a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant. Each of these spaces was created with a distinct identity, designed to provide authentic and memorable dining experiences.

From the inception of each restaurant, I was deeply involved in the branding and strategy, defining the names, visual identities, interior design, menu development, and marketing strategies. Additionally, I designed the launch and positioning campaigns, applying digital strategies to attract and retain customers.

Thanks to a comprehensive approach that combined strong branding, customer experience, and effective advertising, each restaurant successfully established itself in the market and built a loyal customer base. Grupo Bro is a testament to how creativity and marketing can transform a restaurant business into a powerful brand.
